Ladbrokes 'That's Ladisfaction' Handicap Chase

Back from a long spell in the doldrums with improved efforts in hot handicap chases at Aintree (2m5f, gd-sft) and over C&D (yielding) the last twice; big chance now dropped in grade with talented claimer taking off a handy 7lb.

2-11 over fences; rated 13lb higher over hurdles; ran well when second in Grade 3 novice here in October (War Correspondent third); has disappointed at Fairyhouse and when pulled up over C&D since returning from a break; needs to leave those efforts behind.

1-9 over hurdles; promise in both chase starts; 8.5l second in Killarney beginners' (2m1f, gd-yld) and when 5l behind Birdie Or Bust in a novice at Listowel (17.5f, gd-yld) last September; worse off at weights with that rival and not seen since but can't discount on handicap chase debut in new headgear combination.

Not the easiest to win with but often runs well in defeat; beaten 7.75l off 3lb higher on his last start in this sphere at Wexford on penultimate; 9l fourth in claiming hurdle back there on latest; best chase effort came when a 6l third in a Grade 3 novice here (18.5f, gd-yld) in October (Birdie Or Bust second); big chance on that form and has won here over hurdles.

2-30 over fences, both wins coming at Kilbeggan; is 5lb below his latest win but he's been out of sorts for a while and not an ideal preparation for this when falling at the fifth fence at Kilbeggan just six days ago; fourth in this last year but others make more appeal.
