Finished third of eight, beaten 3l, when the well-backed favourite for a soft-ground maiden at Newbury last October (winner finished fourth in the Greenham); made all for 7f Doncaster win on seasonal debut; should stay and could be progressive

Best effort came on second start last season when third behind the talented Causeway in a 7f Curragh maiden; overall form suggests he faces a huge task at these weights.

Winning favourite on his last two starts, in a 1m maiden at this venue and over a longer trip in a Naas conditions event; up 11lb but still 16lb inferior to stablemate Hardy Warrior
