Scored on second handicap hurdle start over 2m3f at Clonmel in March (soft) off 99 when dropped in grade; moderate on the Flat at Roscommon 12 days ago; this is a tougher task than his win but can't be dismissed.

Point-to-point winner made the breakthrough under Rules at Cork (2m3f, good) in her second handicap with an easy 7l win; given a sizeable 10lb hit for that but has scope to improve up in trip with the ground to suit.

His three hurdle wins came at Fairyhouse on good ground at 2m4f-3m but nothing since late 2024; some cracking runs in defeat though, including when third off this mark at Cork (3m, yielding); challenging for the lead when unseated at the third last at Wexford last time; down to an attractive mark.

Dual hurdles winner was poor at Wexford in April off 4lb higher (2m4f, good to yielding) but rebounded over fences back there last time when a distant second of 11 (3m2f, good to yielding); can't be ruled out but others are more appealing.

Point-to-point winner got off the mark in a 2m6f novice handicap (good) at Down Royal last month with an easy 7l victory; good run off 7lb higher under today's rider when beaten a head at Cork (3m1f, good); up another 4lb and enters higher grade, but big player with cheekpieces added.
