Some promise in maidens; fair third on handicap debut at Kilbeggan (18.5f) off 100 last summer but failed to build on that; midfield at Clonmel on return; others preferred.

Dual point winner is yet to score from nine runs under rules; claims on the basis of his neck runner-up finish at Naas (3m, soft to heavy); below that level when favourite here eight days later; disappointed in cheekpieces (left off) at Kilbeggan; solid chance if he handles the ground.

Best effort in maidens came at Tramore when she finished 8l fourth (2m5f, good) last August; mistake three out costly when well beaten at Listowel on handicap debut; will enjoy the ground; player on return from 243-day absence.
