Veteran hurdler with a mixed recent profile — a winner in his last five but also a pulled-up run — at least held his form when beaten six lengths here last time, though he found less under pressure than his position had suggested. First-time visor; effective at this trip and going.

Winless in her last five starts and twice pulled up in that run, she needs to show a sharp upturn here. Last time out she was comfortably held, possibly finding the ground on the quick side; she acts with cut and today's conditions look more agreeable.

Disappointing on the Flat at Chester last time, well beaten, as he steps back over hurdles; a tongue-tie is on for the first time. Rated 10th on our figures but has shown capability at this sort of trip on any ground and can be given a chance.
