Productive on the Flat (best RPR 82), with plenty to admire about the manner in which he applied himself going down to King Of Berkshire at Redcar (1m2f, good to firm) on penultimate start; trainer/jockey supplied the wide-margin winner of this (One Horse Town) last year; looks the one to beat.

Made progress - at his own rate - on the Flat, seeming to handle the extra yardage when fifth of nine on handicap debut at Nottingham (1m2f, good; 14-1) in April; bit to find with Sudbury Hill on Flat figures, but it would be foolhardy to dismiss a Skelton-trained jumps newcomer.
