Charles Darrow Mares' Handicap Hurdle

Runner-up at Warwick (3m2f, good to soft) in March under regular rider Cameron Johnstone-Baker and she's firmly in the picture on that form but two lesser performances have followed and she needs something extra.

Completed a double (2m6f/2m5f, good/good to soft) when winning here for Dan Skelton last August; she's run some reasonable races since for this yard but was a well-beaten second of two finishers at Fontwell recently.

Won in first-time blinkers (retained since) at Taunton (3m, good) in April and had 9l to spare when following up at Stratford (3m2f, good to firm); also effective on soft/good to soft; climbing the weights but leading claims nevertheless.

Returned to form to win under Ciaran O'Shea at Fontwell (2m5f, good) last month; unseated before the race got serious there last time; stays 3m2f and is effective on good to soft ground; capable of having a big say.

Won over fences here (2m5f, good to soft) last September and she returned to form when runner-up in a chase at Ffos Las (3m, good to soft) a fortnight ago; 0-6 over hurdles but showed promise in this sphere earlier in her career; could have a part to play if her good form continues.
