Won an amateur riders' race off a mark 2lb higher than today's at York (1m2f, good) last June but he didn't match that level on his six subsequent starts; never-dangerous sixth of ten at Newcastle (1m2f, AW) when last seen 181 days ago and has since undergone his second wind operation; each-way claims on his return.

Had a productive time of things in 2025 when the visor went on, winning on four occasions, including over this C&D last June; well beaten on the AW at Newcastle in November and he was too free on his comeback run at Ripon (1m2f, good) 19 days ago; may take a step forward from that but will need to.

Got off the mark when winning at Newcastle (1m2f, AW) in March and followed up at Doncaster (1m2f, good to soft) on his next start; however, he's been well held on his last three starts and remains 3lb higher than for his latest success.

His five wins include one over C&D last May; below his best on his first two starts this year but took a step back in the right direction when a 2l fifth of 12 at Ripon (1m2f, good) 19 days ago; contender.

Made virtually all in a five-runner race at Yarmouth (1m1f, good to firm) last month and followed up in another small field at Bath (11.5f, firm) 15 days ago; up 6lb for last time and steps up in grade, but can't be dismissed in his bid for the hat-trick.
