4,000euros yearling; third foal; dam German 7f/1m winner, sister to useful 2m-2m2f hurdle/chase winner Jan Maat, half-sister to 7f Listed winner Japan; probably best watched on debut.

Made the frame in all three Irish bumpers last year and launched hurdling career with three very encouraging runs for new stable, most recently when clear second at Aintree (2m1f, good) 15 days ago; looks sure to run well.

Displayed clear promise when making the frame in a couple of bumpers last summer, but below that form when sixth of seven in a similar event at Worcester (2m, good; favourite) in September; makes hurdling debut and market will be best guide to his chance.

Has shown just modest form in a couple of bumpers and two hurdle starts; easy to dismiss.
