Low-grade Flat performer who joined this yard for £5,000; 25-1 and tailed off in a good-ground maiden at Hexham.

No great shakes on the Flat for Kevin Ryan but did win three times at about 1m4f; however, it's been a poor start to his hurdling career.

Won a Class 6 handicap on the Flat last year over 1m3f (on good ground); ran better on his hurdle debut at Hexham (good to soft) than his margin of defeat may suggest; this surface will suit him better.
