Won heavy-ground Goodwood maiden at two and it was a convincing success on last year's reappearance/handicap debut at Sandown (1m2f, good) one year ago; disappointed at Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood subsequently but had been gelded when back on the scoresheet at Haydock (1m6f, good to soft) in September; drops in trip for this comeback but not fully exposed.

Really likeable sort who scored three times on good ground (1m2f/1m4f) last term, twice coming out on top in tight finishes; gelded before again showing a fine attitude to pick up Kempton handicap (1m4f, AW) on his reappearance three weeks ago; likely won't go down without a fight for his ever-growing fan club.

Last year's winner (good) who ran well in two other appearances over C&D; did well to win at York (1m4f, good to firm) under John Egan in August and arrives here fit after three creditable efforts at Meydan; firm contender.

Not disgraced in last year's Northern Dancer over C&D (good; likely softer) on sole start here; also won twice at Ascot (good to firm) last term; back to form on last two starts, latterly when beaten 2l at Musselburgh (also 1m4f, good) on Sunday; should make his presence felt.

Ex-Irish mare who secured an AW hat-trick once upped to 2m across December and January but suffered odds-on reversal when dropped to 1m6f in bid for the four-timer; drops further in trip returned to turf (had form on grass in Ireland) on this first start for three months; others more persuasive.
