Derby entry; runner-up in both 2yo starts and ran well on the figures, despite finishing only sixth and proving gassy, at Newbury (1m2f, good) on reappearance; front-runner the last twice; one of the main form contenders and chance becomes even stronger if he proves less fizzy.

Comes with a degree of risk having been turned over at odds of 1-8 in Pontefract maiden (1m) on seasonal debut, extending his seconditis; otherwise again sets a useful standard on his Group 3 effort at Newbury (7f, soft) last October; siblings include a 1m2f winner.

Both starts on AW, close second over 1m at Lingfield then third over 7f at Kempton; again has place possibilities on form and any progress would give him a fighting chance of winning; new trip is the question mark, judged on breeding.

Gelded since 2yo runs that comprised a fifth-place finish in Ascot maiden (7f) won by high-class prospect and close third with hood fitted at Newcastle (1m, AW); headgear now removed; several of today's rivals have achieved bigger figures.

Showed some promise with rallying sixth of nine at Nottingham (1m2f, good) but finished over 3l behind Tornado Tower and gives the impression he'll be one for handicaps later on, probably over longer trips.
