Family Fun Day 'National Hunt' Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race)

Out of a sister to stable's Grand National winner Ballabriggs but struggled in a soft-ground bumper in November and needs subsequent wind op to have made a big difference.

Displayed minor promise on hurdle debut at Ludlow (2m, good to soft) in February and may not have been suited by soft ground when well beaten last month but will probably be of greater interest when switched to handicaps.

Promise in Irish bumpers and ran well to be second in a Huntingdon maiden, for all that only three got round; looks mildly progressive.

Displayed clear promise on both hurdling starts last season, more recently when fourth at Kelso (2m, good to soft) six weeks ago, and ought to play a significant role here; tongue-tie fitted for first time.

Well beaten at triple-digit odds in first two hurdle races (2m5f/2m); can't be recommended.
