Maiden who returned from wind surgery to finish a respectable fifth on AW Flat and backed that up when 15l second in a 2m maiden hurdle at Southwell (soft) last month; a lesser effort in a handicap hurdle at Wetherby three weeks ago needs forgiving but he dips into a Class 6 for the first time now back on the Flat and has the ability to make his mark at this level; cheekpieces rejoin the tongue-tie.

1m5f winner at Ayr (good) off this mark last summer; ended 2025 out of sorts on AW but feasibly handicapped if returning to form back on turf after five months off.

Displayed early promise on the Flat in France but hasn't shown much since coming to Britain, including over hurdles; first outing for 138 days.

Won three classified events at up to 9.4f in the space of four days in January when trained by Daragh Bourke; better effort in handicaps for new yard when second off 11 at Wolverhampton (8.6f) 19 days ago; good shout on that form buts need to prove that he's as effective on turf (0-9) and that he has the stamina for this much longer trip.

Out of sorts when last seen in the autumn but is well treated if a subsequent breathing operation has worked, having won off 8lb higher on turf in summer 2024; worth a betting check with Phil Kirby among the winners.
