Tia Giggle Gallop Handicap

Won two novices over this trip last May before finishing held in some decent-quality handicaps (among the favourites each time); not fully exposed as yet and this is a deal less competitive on his AW debut, back from seven months off, having been gelded.

Consistent record round here (2-4 over C&D) and is back on the mark off which he won here in January; not in the same form of late, there's always a chance he'll blow the start and it's no certainty the race will be set up for him.

Found 1m stretching him on his comeback from five months off and is entitled to improve, back in the cheekpieces last sported last July; still paying the price for his easy Epsom win last August, though, and there's not much wiggle room off this mark.

Last four wins have come in high summer, including two from the front last year for Jack Dace (rides Tiger Crusade), and he remains weighted to his best; didn't offer much on his comeback three weeks ago and an easy 7f is a bare minimum these days.

Only seen once since leaving Andrew Balding 18 months ago, when well held last October; won his novice over C&D and the hood going back on should help but it's hard to know whether he's still up to this sort of mark.
