Has nine wins (6f-7.5f); 33-1 winner here (6f) in January in reapplied visor (retained since) but below that form at Lingfield (7f) subsequently; returns from a short break and is 2lb above his last winning mark; needs a career-best.

Made a winning debut in December 2024 and ran well in defeat on several occasions last year; signed off with a poor effort when ninth of 11 at Newbury (7f, good to soft) last September but handicapper has given him a chance if he can hit the boards running.

Seven of his 12 wins have been here (five over this trip); has never won off a mark this high however and most likely needs to drop a few pounds.

All four of his wins were on turf last year, but he was runner-up on his sole AW start at Newcastle; his progressive profile gives him a squeak but he may be better for his first outing since October.
