0-12 over hurdles but he ran well to finished second off this mark at Huntingdon (2m3f, soft) in February; this is a deeper race but he's versatile ground-wise and has each-way claims again after a short break.

Acts on fast and heavy ground; dual course winner, more recently when clinging on by a short head in December (2m2f, heavy ground); back on the same mark today but he's struggled in his last two runs and needs to get back on track.

Half-brother to four winners including Bal Celtique (French 2m1f-2m3f hurdle/chase); well-held fifth in his three qualifying runs but he showed some promise behind some useful rivals; looks a possible improver now upped in trip on handicap debut and he needs watching in market.

Won a maiden hurdle at Warwick (2m, good) last June but he's gone the wrong way in handicaps and was tailed off on Plumpton reappearance (2m4f, good) two weeks ago; mark continues to fall but he has something to prove.

Three wins over fences this season and last two have been at Fontwell (2m2f/2m3f, good to soft); well-held second of four at Plumpton 19 days ago but that was behind an improver from the Nicholls yard; 10lb lower on this return to hurdling and he's an interesting contender in suitable conditions.
