Four handicap runs, winning the first of them, at Catterick (about 1m7f, good) on New Year's Day, and a good second to an improved winner at Musselburgh (2m4f, good to soft) in March; carries a big weight but respected now aiming lower.

Hurdle/chase winner in Ireland but on a losing run now and, although he ran better when third of four finishers at Exeter recently than he had on his yard debut there, a few more pounds off his back wouldn't go amiss.

His ten races have been spread thinly and he was returning from an absence when highly tried at Cheltenham in December; sights lowered at Exeter in March and he ran well from the front, albeit the stamina question for this longer trip still has a query against it now back in a handicap.

Bumper winner in 2023 who didn't break her hurdle duck until February but she's now won three of her last four, all at Chepstow (about 2m3f; soft and good to soft); demolished her rivals last time and up a further 10lb but she's in such good form another win isn't out of the question.

Best effort for a while when beating two other finishers at Huntingdon (about 2m3f, good) last month; back up 6lb in a race that will take more winning but that recent success could have had a reviving effect.
