Hooded when solid third over C&D (good) at the end of last year and scored at Plumpton (about 2m4f, soft) on next start in February; revised mark has seen him held in two subsequent starts but that doesn't tell the whole story as they were seriously competitive series qualifiers; cheekpieces (worn once over hurdles when second here 13 months ago) are reapplied and he needs a firm second look.

3m Irish point winner (favourite) who recorded similar RPRs in three maiden hurdles (about 2m, good to soft/good) across February and March; point win and pedigree suggest this step up in trip should suit; of obvious interest on this handicap debut.

Won good-ground maiden and novice hurdles last spring but he hasn't fired in handicaps, including in a tongue-tie on his last two starts and with added cheekpieces (now swapped for a visor) at Plumpton a fortnight ago; handicapper is trying to help but others look safer.

9yo who was 2-12 in points (the wins coming over 2m4f on good/good to firm); weakened on February's belated hurdling debut (soft) and couldn't convert what turned into a golden opportunity at Warwick (2m5f, good) four weeks ago; handicap debut and may yet do better in this sphere.

22-1 when she made a winning stable debut in Newton Abbot novice (2m1f) in September and was a respectable fourth of 13 in C&D handicap (also good to soft) in January; doubled her tally when scoring at Huntingdon (2m, good) last month but it was a tired mistake at the last when 15l second a fortnight later; still needs considering.
