Powell & Construction Poultry Buildings Novices' Hurdle (GBB Race)

Record of 2-5 over hurdles and he was runner-up behind subsequent Supreme winner Old Park Star at Kempton (2m, good) in November; finished a well-held fourth of 15 at Newbury in February but that was a major handicap and not many got involved in the testing conditions; sets a clear standard back in much calmer waters and his last win was over C&D; strong contender.

The last four of his six runs have been at Ludlow and he won a bumper in October and a maiden hurdle (2m, good) the following month; fell three out on his return from a break three weeks ago but he was travelling well enough in a prominent position at the time; this looks a tougher assignment but he still has potential and is respected for in-form yard.

Six-time Flat winner including five on AW (1m-1m2f) since December; unexposed over hurdles and was fair fourth of 13 back in this sphere at Hereford (2m, good; 12-1) last week; should have more to offer as a jumper but this looks a tough task against Un Sens A La Vie.

Easy winner of a five-runner Perth bumper (good ground) last spring and later recruited for 60,000euros; fell when prominent in the market on hurdle/stable debut at Huntingdon in November and was well held in second when odds-on at Catterick last time; still early days in this sphere but he needs major improvement with equipment added after a break.

Dual Flat winner whose form in juvenile hurdles includes an emphatic success at Kempton (2m, good) and two non-completions (pulled up both times) in Grade 2 races; drops back in class after a break but he has a bit to prove and probably needs to kick on again to make a major impact.
