Dual course winner this season (2m5f/3m); too inconsistent to rely upon heavily, though, and was no match for winner when second at Southwell (2m4f, good) a fortnight ago; swaps cheekpieces for first-time visor; others appeal more.

Five-time hurdle winner who has returned to chasing in recent weeks and was a clearcut winner at Wetherby (1m7f, good) on his latest outing; features prominently in calculations.

Not an instant success over fences this season but cheekpieces seem to have helped lately and he won by 5l off a reduced mark here (2m1f, good to soft) last month; moves up in grade today but should be fine over the longer trip and might use that recent success as a springboard.
