Ex-Irish 6yo; initially disappointing for new stable this year but was made odds-on favourite at Newcastle (2m4f, good to soft) last week and won readily; drops back in trip here; probably still well treated under 7lb penalty.

Dual C&D winner, more recently when clinging on by a nose on Boxing Day (heavy ground); back on the same mark today and will also be suited by these much quicker conditions but has not fired on either outing this year.

Three-time hurdle winner on good ground; arguably ran better than eventual 48l defeat suggests when third at Huntingdon (2m3f, good) last month, after a layoff, and has become well handicapped; could have a say if that recent outing brought him on.

Point/bumper winner; soundly beaten on first two hurdling starts but her 200-1 fifth at Warwick (2m, good to soft) last month was much better and she's open to further improvement in handicaps.

Beaten favourite when only seventh at Wincanton (1m7f, good to soft) last month and now 0-5 over hurdles but stayed on from poor position for second at Plumpton (2m, soft) two starts ago and may still have potential.
