Three-time chase winner with the form to feature off this mark and a break could have done him good, as his last two efforts weren't great; hard to rule out, for all that this trip is on the sharp side.

Won an uncompetitive race by Ascot standards in November (2m5f) and then only fourth of six at Ludlow; fell mid-race back at Ascot last time; bit to prove on the balance of this form in the last 12 months.

Won notable handicaps off higher marks around this time of year two years ago but lightly raced in the meantime and has yet to offer much this season; needs a revival.
