Raced prominently and hung on narrowly for a successful debut at Hereford in November (good ground) and the clear second has won all his three races since then; has to be of strong interest even with a penalty.

Useful bumper form on good ground, winning at Ludlow and sixth of 16 at Cheltenham (Listed); the ground was good to soft when a weak finisher on hurdle debut at Catterick; back on a drier surface and with headgear tried, he should fare better.

Ran okay in bumpers but was a long way behind Molly's Lad in a 4yo hurdle at Carlisle.

50-1 for last month's debut at Newbury (2m, good to soft) but very much in contention before falling heavily at penultimate flight; has possibilities if that experience did not dent his confidence.

Just ahead of Crack Ops in a Cheltenham bumper; third to a good horse (ran well in the Fred Winter) in his first race over hurdles and, although beaten at odds of 4-7 at Carlisle, that winner could also be useful (unbeaten and unexposed); in the mix.
