NFRC South West Roofing Industry Handicap Hurdle

Three-time winner (once over C&D) on good ground for Keiran Burke last spring but pulled up on stable debut in December and came last of six at Wetherby (2m3f, soft) last month; needs to get career back on track.

Suited by step up to 3m when winning on handicap debut at Musselburgh (3m, soft) last month, drawing clear of the others with a subsequent winner; only 4lb higher here and should be fine on the faster ground; big player.

Close second of 16 at Taunton (3m, good) in December, after a break, and again ran well in defeat at Catterick (3m1f, soft) in January; more exposed than some of these but still respected.

Exploited reduced mark under Benjamin Macey at Wetherby (3m, soft) in January and last month's heavy-ground third was perfectly respectable; also suited by much quicker surfaces; probably won't be far away.

Disappointing over fences this season (four attempts) and never really recovered from bad, first-flight error when back over hurdles last month; on dangerous mark for this first venture beyond about 2m6f, though, and has first-time cheekpieces and Harry Cobden enlisted; interesting.
