Spa Motors Mares' Handicap Hurdle

Dual 2m4f hurdle winner last June and she's held her from well since, most recently back from a 151-day break when a 2.5l second at Hereford 18-days ago ridden by Aimee Jones; likely to make her presence felt again off an unchanged mark.

Struggling for form this season, but last month's fourth at Warwick (2m3f, soft) following wind surgery was more encouraging, albeit beaten 18l; another step forward will be required, but she's on a good mark if doing so.

Showed glimpses of ability in maiden/novice company over hurdles (2m-2m6f; good/good to soft), but proved disappointing when switched to handicaps last time at Ludlow (2m5f); may do better in time but she doesn't appear to be particularly well treated despite being 4lb lower here.

Not beaten far in any of her hurdles, latterly in two handicaps, shaping better than the bare result on both occasions, latest at Taunton (2m3f, good) in December when losing her pitch leaving the back straight before staying on again; one to consider off 3lb lower.

Didn't really achieve too much in her qualifying runs and never figured when pulled up on her handicap debut over C&D (good) 18-days ago; remains on a tough mark despite the 3lb drop; cheekpieces now added.
