JenningsBet Handicap Hurdle (GBB Race)

Ran well in the Pertemps Final at Cheltenham on Thursday but seemed to have a reasonably hard race and this may come too quickly if he turns up; second to Red Risk at Musselburgh the time before.

Largely progressive but came up short off top weight in the Lanzarote when bidding for a handicap hat-trick and needs to prove current mark isn't beyond him; unseated rider three out in 3m Grade 2 last time.

Successful in this race last year (2-3 at Uttoxeter overall) and Pertemps qualifier at Musselburgh latest start, both on good to soft ground; retains plenty of ability despite his advancing years and can't be dismissed.

Did well for Dan Skelton and posted best effort for new stable when second behind easy winner at Sandown (2m7f, heavy) last time; however, likely needs a new level of form to go one better.

Useful chaser who is 2-2 this season, latest success in notable race at Aintree; however, lower mark over hurdles reflects his level in this sphere and main target is again the Grand National next month.
