Course winner who comes here in decent nick, though he finished tired when second of seven in 3m2f Kelso handicap chase three weeks ago; he can race off a 2lb lower mark here so must still enter calculations.

Offered little in a pair of bumpers for Stuart Coltherd and it's been a similar story in a pair of novice hurdles at Kelso (2m4f) and here (2m) either side of Christmas; has won an Irish point though so could still do better now going chasing, especially if the market vibes are positive.
