FDL Packaging Group Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle (Go North Brindisi Breeze Qualifier)

Well handicapped on his best hurdle form for Gordon Elliott, with peak effort over 3m on soft; however, twice soundly beaten over fences this summer following a long absence and sold for 5,500gns in August; major turnaround required on this debut for his new stable.

Won an Irish point on soft and 1-4 in a four-runner race at Ayr (2m4f) in May when she got off the mark at third attempt over hurdles; good second of eight when front-running again on handicap debut at Kelso (extended 2m6f, good) in October, which she needs to build on but these are early days and 3m may well suit.

Never better than when winning this race in good style in 2022, initiating a soft-ground double; well below that form from March 2023 onwards (missed 2024) and has plenty to prove despite falling in the weights and now having a run under his belt this season.

Failed to prosper in Britain but, with cheekpieces enlisted, he won his first four races for this Irish stable and ran well again when fourth at Punchestown (3m, heavy) three weeks ago; last two starts were chases but his latest hurdle race was a 9l win and he warrants plenty of respect despite having a higher British mark.

Lightly raced 7yo, best effort when runner-up in a maiden hurdle at Ffos Las (2m4f, good) in May 2024; soundly beaten on handicap debut (2m7f, soft) next time and pulled up in a handicap chase four weeks ago, having been absent for a year in between; back hurdling but needs overall improvement.
