Nando Parrado colt won Down Royal maiden (beating Jack The Bachelor) and valuable Ballyhane Stakes at Naas; not at same level when fourth in Listed Blenheim Stakes at Fairyhouse on latest, keen and not getting home over 6f; back in trip here but needs to improve to play a major role; yard have won this in three of last five years.

Speedy type finished second to both Kansas (Tipperary) and Howd'yadoit (Down Royal) before beating the former in Cork conditions event in July (making all); following month didn't do himself justice (unable to dominate) in Listed Curragh Stakes when 12l off Ipanema Queen; good bit to find here in a strong renewal.

Wootton Bassett colt is taking his racing well, taking his form to a new level when second in Group 2 Flying Childers at Doncaster last month; 15 days later not quite as effective but solid run all the same upped to 6f when 3.5l fifth in Group 1 Middle Park at Newmarket; major player providing he handles the surface.

Landed Curragh nursery (6f) on final start for Ger Lyons, too keen when well beaten on yard debut in Listed Blenheim Stakes at Fairyhouse last month; better than that but still has a fair bit to find at this level.
