His mark continues to fall and he has lots of good form on soft and heavy ground; won at Newcastle (7f, AW) in March but this 9yo has struggled more recently and he needs to turn things around.

8yo who is 0-9 this year but he's run some good races, most recently third at Hamilton (1m, soft) off 2lb higher, and he won this 12 months ago (good); there's every chance he'll be thereabouts.

6yo who has a regressive profile but he kept on into mid-division over 7f here (good to soft) three weeks ago and the return to 1m and more testing ground could be in his favour, with both wins having come on heavy going; interesting contender off an ever-falling mark.

Won easily at Carlisle (1m1f, good) in August and he followed up at Musselburgh (1m1f, good) four days later; he's just 2lb higher than last time and is very much a contender if resuming where he left off following a two-month break, although he's unraced on soft/heavy ground.

Runner-up at Carlisle (1m1f, soft) in June and now 2lb lower; however, his subsequent form has been patchy and his long losing run continues.
