Strawberry Fields Stud - We Sell Horses Handicap (GBBPlus Race)

Lightly raced 4yo who won a Windsor novice (1m, soft) last May but he's not gone on from that in only four runs since; mark continues to fall and this is a drop back in grade but he still has stamina to prove at this trip and others are preferred.

Won twice over 1m2f (AW/good to soft) for Jane Chapple-Hyam last spring; last success was off today's mark but he's finished tailed off in two of his four starts this season including at Beverley last time; comes with risks attached but he shaped with promise on his penultimate run and it would be a positive if the ground is on the slow side.

All wins have come in the spring, with one on AW but mainly on soft turf; well handicapped on his best form last season but he's failed to beat a rival in his last two runs and needs a major revival after a break.

Record of 6-32 includes a course win and he's fairly versatile ground-wise; started this season with a near-miss at Windsor (1m2f) in April but he's finished down the field there in both subsequent runs; wasn't beaten far last time but he's not easy to predict and others are preferred.

Ex-Irish 3yo; favourite in both starts for new yard last month, but after winning a Yarmouth maiden (1m2f, good to firm) he was held in sixth on handicap debut at Sandown (1m2f, soft); still has potential after only seven starts but he needs to find more with cheekpieces added.
