Fair efforts in trio of bumpers last season before winning hurdling debut for Colin Motherway in 2m1f Clonmel maiden in March, hampered but winning a shade cosily; bought for 48,000GBP at Goffs UK Spring Sale and debuts for new connections here in what looks a tidy novice so lots more needed.

Half-brother to winners The Short Go (useful 2m4f hurdle/3m chase) and The Mick Preston (bumper/2m hurdle); winning debut in 2m2f Down Royal maiden in May (good) was followed up with 2m1f Punchestown novice win following month making most and battling well to hold Sticktotheplan; type to keep improving and good chance of confirming latter form despite 3lb worse terms.

Decent Flat handicapper, scoring over 1m4f at Roscommon and here last season; returned from 298-day absence to land 2m1f Bellewstown maiden hurdle early this month in good style; should handle this step up in grade.

Stepped up in trip to win 2m4f Listowel maiden in May (good) and better form week later in 2m1f Punchestown novice when staying-on second to Timeless Treaty, having been slowly away; probably wants a stiffer test so a strong pace would suit.

French recruit won 2m maiden in French provinces (soft) before joining this yard; beaten favourite in 4yo novice at this meeting and absent for 313 days until landing odds in 2m3f Punchestown maiden last month, keen under positive ride but seeing it out well from the last; likely has more to offer when settling better although drop in trip may not be ideal.
