Alpha Centauri Debutante Stakes (Group 2) (Fillies)

Won her maiden here over 6f and has since held her own in Group 3s, finishing third in the Albany at Royal Ascot and then short-headed by an unbeaten French filly in a 7f Group 3 at Deauville (good); brings solid form credentials and still improving by the looks.

Won a barrier trial and followed up on rules debut over 7f at Leopardstown (soft); finished 4l behind Composing in a Group 3 at Leopardstown but racing keenly didn't help matters and she remains of interest.

Only fifth to Balantina on debut but typically for a Ballydoyle 2yo she's soon left that form behind and it was all very straightforward from the front in a Group 3 at Leopardstown a month ago (7.5f, good to yielding); hard to knock with surely more to come.

Has achieved the least of these but she cost 600,000euros as a yearling and probably accounted for a good filly when the pair were clear at Newmarket (1m, good to firm); has the Moyglare entry (as do the remainder) and she's not to be underestimated.

Ran well in a 6f Group 2 here when just behind the smart Lady Iman but comfortably beaten by both Suzie Songs and Composing either side of that; some imagination is required to envisage her reversing placings with both those fillies.
