Made all off 1lb higher at Nottingham (8.3f, good to firm) in May but he's not matched that form in three runs since; cheekpieces are now added on this step back up in trip but he needs to get back near best.

Got off the mark over 1m2f here (good) last month and he found more progress when scoring at Hamilton (1m1f, good to firm) next time; well-held third of nine in hat-trick bid here last Monday but that was behind a resurgent rival and he still looks feasibly treated on his penultimate form; shortlisted.

Not easy to predict and has record of 1-11 but he bounced back with a bold bid at Carlisle (1m, good) last Tuesday; on same mark as for that close second and is a big player if he can repeat that form.
