Didn't progress for Richard Fahey but he made a good start for his new stable when a head second (only headed close home) at Bath five weeks ago (5.7f, firm); 2lb rise to deal with but still has time on his side.

Front-runner; smart effort for the grade when overcoming stall 1 on the turf course at Lingfield in May; a couple of comparable efforts have followed and he's a strong contender back down into Class 6 company.

Comes here in good order, most recently chasing home a handicap blot over C&D 13 days ago (clear of the third); unlikely to be too far away.

Won five 5f handicaps last season, the latest off a 9lb higher mark; struggling this year though and perhaps not quite ready to capitalise on her reduced mark.

Off the mark at the tenth attempt when winning a C&D handicap (good) three weeks ago; a 2lb rise isn't excessive and he retains a bit of potential in sprint handicaps.
