Gained first win over hurdles under positive ride in modest Bellewstown maiden (2m1f, good) in April when the 2-5 favourite; decent third of five in Ballinrobe hurdle on latest when poorly treated by the conditions of the race; player back in a handicap.

Point-to-point winner who won three bumpers in Britain; runner-up in Aintree maiden hurdle before winning at Sedgefield (2m4f) in December; led for much of way in 2m7f Thurles novice; this trip could be on the sharp side on return/handicap bow.

Got off the mark over hurdles at Killarney last summer off 106; disappointed in two subsequent starts but was second in C&D novice here last June so can't be fully discounted; one of two for top yard.
