7f win here in February but lesser efforts followed in April and May (blew the start); mark not impossible but others are more persuasive.

Good C&D record since joining this yard and ran well at Lingfield on Good Friday off this mark on his most recent AW outing; fair run off his lower turf mark at Doncaster four weeks ago; could yet rate higher on this surface.

Has won on turf so can't really hold the surface accountable for his disappointing efforts the last twice; prior to that he'd run out a cosy winner of a 7f handicap here though and he's only 2lb higher today; not tackled 1m since his racecourse debut.

Won just two of his first 30 starts, often compromising his chance at the start, but he has raced without headgear in his last four runs and won three of them; soaring up the weights as a result and he has prove his stamina for this new trip.

Staying-on third behind Al Ameen here in May and another near miss at Goodwood last month (both 7f); fully effective at a mile and likely to be involved once more.
