FBC Manby Bowdler Handicap Hurdle

Won three times for new stable towards end of last year and returned from break with two good efforts this spring, the latter a close second at Warwick (2m, good) a fortnight ago; ought to be in the shake-up again.

Did well after joining Olly Murphy last year, winning three hurdles and a chase; below form on both outings since returning from a break in April (chase/hurdle) but it won't be a surprise if he gets back in the groove soon.

Fair Flat racer who launched hurdling career with three maiden/novice wins (all 2m, good) for new stable last month; tackles stronger opposition on this handicap debut but it's hard to gauge the limit of his ability.

2-6 over hurdles for new stable this year; managed only fourth off this career-high mark on last two hurdling starts, though, and needs the refitted cheekpieces to squeeze out something extra today.

Dual hurdle winner for James Owen last season, latterly in Stratford seller (2m2f, good) in March; changed hands for £5,500 after a disappointing run last month and has a point to prove on stable debut.
