Did not take to chasing in late 2024 (three attempts) and returns from 171-day absence with quite a bit to prove but it's worth noting he's now 3lb lower than when winning over C&D (good) last summer.

Dual C&D winner for Dan Skelton last year; well beaten on first four starts (one on the Flat) for new stable this year but turned things around with creditable third of 15 here (2m6f, good) last month; good chance.

Very lightly raced since winning four chases in a row (2m5f-3m) in spring/summer 2023 and very tricky weigh up at present but ran well to a point in a recent novice hurdle and that outing may have brought him on.

Triple Flat winner for new stable this year and forged clear to get off the mark over hurdles at Fontwell (2m3f, good) a week ago; effectively 9lb higher under 7lb penalty here but still commands respect.

Unexposed after only four hurdling starts but was a well-beaten 50-1 shot when upped to 2m3f for handicap debut in April and needs significant improvement here.
