Has his quirks and might be better suited by ground slower than good but signalled a return to form when keeping-on third at Windsor (5f, good to firm) last month and has slipped to a good mark.

Unexposed 3yo who ended three-race 2yo campaign for John Ryan with small-field Nottingham novice win (5f, soft) in November; encounters much faster ground and has fitness to prove on stable/handicap debut.

Needs to better his last couple of efforts but was denied a clear run before going close in quite valuable C&D (good to firm) contest in May and is now 1lb lower; impossible to rule out.

Started off for Lemos De Sousa with two encouraging AW runs in the spring (5f/6f) and can be excused this month's turf defeat (suffered interference); would appeal more on ground slower than good but has slipped to a tempting mark and may be aided by the refitted blinkers.
