Ended a long losing run at Chelmsford (1m2f, AW) in April but a 4lb rise proved more than enough to find him out in a deeper race at Lingfield on Good Friday; stopped quickly when a distant last of four at Wolverhampton since and the refitted cheekpieces he wore on that occasion are quickly discarded now back on turf for the first time since joining this stable.

Ex-French; record of 1-19 Britain; did run well when second at Yarmouth (1m2f, good to soft) last month but finished last of eight at Haydock last weekend.

C&D winner last year but beaten 19l or more in three outings here in 2025; the handicapper has cut him some slack but could only consider if the betting suggests a much better performance is anticipated.
