Second reserve; ran well in a couple of maidens on good ground last autumn; soundly beaten in first handicap on testing ground at Fairyhouse; tailed off at Tramore last time after a fair fourth at the same venue on the previous day; that lapse can be forgiven.

Third reserve; showed a glimmer of promise at Kilbeggan last month, a lot more needed.

Down the field in three maiden hurdle outings at big odds; two handicap runs at Clonmel during the winter suggest a big chance in this weak contest, though he might prefer further than this.

Compiled a hat-trick in the final months of 2020, reaching a mark of 112; has been out of form in recent seasons and is hard to fancy despite having been dropped to 95.
