Surrounded by subsequent winners when beaten a nose and a head into third of eight on his reappearance/handicap debut at Southwell (7f, Tapeta) in April and had possible excuses when well held at Nottingham (1m, good) nine days ago; respected back on AW.

Won a Newcastle maiden (7f, Tapeta) last summer for Phillp Makin, but seems to have lost his way including in both starts on turf since returning for this yard in April; return to AW needs to bring about a resurgence.

Well held in first four starts over 6f/7f (three on the AW), but much better when third of 11 at Carlisle (7.7f, good to firm) last month; races off the same mark and each-way claims if as effective back on Tapeta.
