Made a promising start to the year when second of ten at Redcar (1m2f, good) in April but out of the frame in two subsequent outings and didn't appear to get home over today's distance on the first of those at Thirsk (good to firm).

Won over 6f/7f when trained in Ireland but yet to be placed in five starts for current yard; first-time hood now applied on step up in trip; hard to fancy.

Progressive as he went up in trip in handicaps last year, winning at Carlisle (1m3f, good) and Hamilton (1m4f, good to soft) on final two starts; creditable third at Pontefract (1m4f) on return in April; did not build on that when sixth of nine at Haydock (1m4f, good) last month but may be worth another chance.

Second on his reappearance at Beverley (1m4f, good) in April but last of six on latest start at Haydock (1m2f, good to firm) last month; holds claims on his best form.

All three wins when trained in France in 2022; appreciated the drop in class when showing a bit more sparkle on second start for current trainer when third of 11 at Carlisle (1m3f, good to soft) 11 days ago; has dropped to a career-low mark and has claims if able to reproduce latest effort.
