Edinburgh Gin Queen Of Scots British EBF Fillies' Stakes (Listed Race)

Had a productive 2024, winning two 7f handicaps and making the frame in a Listed race, but she's returning from six months off here and others have more obvious claims on form.

Well-bred daughter of Kingman; won her first two races (1m/7f) last year and she wasn't disgraced when a close sixth of 16 in Listed event at Deauville on her final start; will need a personal best to make a winning reappearance but she's lightly raced and it's possible.

Unplaced all four starts in Listed/Group company, including when seventh of eight at Leopardstown last month; unlikely to be good enough.

Won this race comfortably 12 months ago and followed up in a similar event at Carlisle; ran as well as could have been expected in US Grade 1 in April and went down narrowly in Lingfield Group 3 four weeks ago; major player back down in grade.

Steadily progressive; improved form when beaten short neck in Listed race at Longchamp (7f, good to soft) on reappearance, rallying; open to further progress with that run behind her and should go well for in-form yard.
