Beaten 25l and 21l on AW in his first two starts but he did show a bit more on turf debut at Windsor (1m, good to firm) last time, albeit again well held; should prove capable of better at some point soon and now goes handicapping; watch the betting.

Has finished third in both starts this year since being gelded, most recently at Yarmouth (good) 22 days ago when trying this distance for the first time; probably thereabouts again in the first-time visor.

Has proved a different proposition since switching to handicaps following a gelding operation, winning two of his last three starts (all three over 7f on AW); now steps up to a 1m (he's speedily bred) on this return to turf under a penalty, 4lb higher than for last week's Kempton win; respected in his hat-trick attempt.

Gelded and well backed when he posted an improved effort on his handicap debut at Windsor (1m, good to firm) on reappearance, keeping on to finish third of 13 after being denied a clear run; he's entitled to come on for that first start in 185 days and has strong claims.

Twice went close but was 0-11 for Kevin Philippart De Foy (6f-9.5f); off since only fifth of 11 at Wolverhampton over 6f and was sold for 7,000gns later in January; watch the market.
