Stayed on for a creditable fourth on his handicap debut and reappearance over the extended 1m at Nottingham (good) last month; this is a significant step up in trip but he leaves the impression that he'll stay further and that his best days are ahead of him.

No impact in three qualifying runs over 1m2f this spring but the type to come into his own now handicapping up in trip (dam won Lancashire Oaks over C&D).

Comfortably held in three outings over 1m2f on AW but he more than hinted at ability and rates a potential improver in handicaps back from four months off (gelded).

Stayed on for an encouraging reappearance fourth of 14 in 1m2f Chelmsford handicap on Good Friday; first-time cheekpieces worn on that occasion are retained; this longer trip promises to suit.

Only seventh when favourite for his 1m2f Yarmouth handicap debut and reappearance on good to firm 18 days ago but evidently thought capable of better; goes up in trip again; it'll be interesting whether his supporters return.
