Won at Redcar (7f, soft) last November on third and final 2yo start and reappeared with a creditable third on handicap debut at Musselburgh four weeks ago (1m1f, good; unraced on faster), despite hanging right; open to further improvement and could be in the mix.

0-5 but pretty consistent last year and runner-up in first-time cheekpieces (retained) on handicap debut over C&D (good) a fortnight ago; could continue to progress and he's one to consider up 3lb.

Built upon the promise of his first two runs (good to soft/good; including here) to win Catterick novice (7f, soft) last October; held in fourth on last month's seasonal/handicap debut at Southwell (7f, AW) but that run may have got the freshness out of him; yard won this in 2023; retains potential.

Showed promise on fast ground here last August and won at Kempton (7f, AW) in October on second handicap start; fair fifth on reappearance at Goodwood (1m, good) last Saturday and could show the benefit of that run today.

Won at Wolverhampton (7f, AW) last December on second run and reappeared with solid third in Wetherby handicap (7f, good to firm) a fortnight ago; shapes as though 1m could suit and in-form trainer has good record here.
