Has run some fine races in defeat including in a Clonmel maiden (hung left) on debut for this yard last time; also twice runner-up in points; cheekpieces might elicit improvement.

Maiden has run well in defeat several times over hurdles but has been poor on his last four starts and isn't easy to fancy on that form.

Has run respectably in some strong maiden hurdles but was beaten 40l on second handicap start last time; the hood worn then is retained; has a shout if bouncing back.

Flat winner won over hurdles at Fairyhouse last October; had a blip at Navan after but a decent second back at Fairyhouse on recent comeback; can come on from that and go well up 3lb.

Flat winner is starting to find his feet in handicap hurdles; was a solid third at Leopardstown before being just denied at Wexford, both over 2m; this longer trip should suit and can go well up 4lb.
